Contact

Contact Industry Landscapes.

For a specific project, the quote form gives you the fastest and most useful response. For everything else, here's how to reach us.

For a specific project

If you have a landscaping, garden design, retaining wall, deck or drainage project in mind, the quote form is the quickest way to get something useful back. It asks a handful of structured questions — location, rough size, site condition, budget band and timing — so your enquiry arrives as a usable brief rather than a general message that needs several rounds of back-and-forth just to establish scope.

You'll get a reference number once your request is submitted, and submitting it doesn't commit you to anything. It's the same starting point whether you're still exploring options or ready to compare quotes.

For everything else

For anything that isn't tied to a specific project — a correction to something you've read on the site, a general question about how Industry Landscapes works, or a media enquiry — please get in touch through the same quote form and note in your project description that it's a general enquiry rather than a project brief. We read every message that comes through and will point it in the right direction from there.

Before you get in touch

  • For project enquiries, include a postcode or suburb — it's the single most useful detail for a fast, relevant response.
  • Mention what stage you're at: still exploring options, or ready to compare quotes.
  • If your message concerns something specific you've read on the site, name the page or topic so it can be checked.

Contact questions

Should I use the quote form or a general message for a project enquiry?

Always the quote form for anything project-related — it captures the structured details (location, scope, budget, timing) that make a request genuinely useful, rather than a general message needing several follow-ups to establish the same information.

Will I hear back after submitting a general enquiry?

We read every message that comes through and direct it appropriately, though response times vary depending on the nature of the enquiry.

Sources & methodology

Designed to show its working.

For anything site-specific — consent thresholds, drainage rules, boundary questions — the relevant council or building.govt.nz is the authoritative source, not this contact page.
